01 Your First Step Towards Thriving
To begin, click on the blue 'Book Now!' button located on the Pricing tab for the service you'd like to select. We suggest starting with the Wellness Plan =) Once you’ve booked your service, you’ll be directed to complete a quick and secure payment.
02 Portal to your Future
After completing your payment, please check your email for instructions on how to set up your client portal. This portal will serve as your central hub for scheduling ongoing appointments, accessing new services, and securely messaging your Dietitian. Once your portal is set up, kindly complete all required documents before your first visit.
*Submitting these onboarding documents in advance helps your Dietitian come prepared to deliver the best possible nutrition care.
03 Prepare for Change
On the day of your appointment, your Dietitian will be fully prepared to discuss all aspects of nutrition with you. Following your initial 30-minute session, we will send you a reminder to schedule your next visit through the portal. Alternatively, for your convenience, we can book your next appointment for you.
04 Grow and Thrive!
Keep attending your scheduled visits and stay engaged with your Dietitian to achieve the results you're aiming for! Our wellness plan offers both affordability and comprehensive support. We encourage you to explore additional services, such as our concierge plan, for more on-demand Dietitian assistance. Throughout your journey with us, make full use of the tools available in your portal, including our diet tracker, which is included in all plans. Remember, accountability is a key component of both our Wellness Plans and Visit Packages!
